Welcome to our cohort of mentors for the Social Innovation Fellows in our pilot Semester in the City year! We can't wait to work with you. Below, please find the orientation and workshops we have lined up for you.

Attendance at the orientation session is mandatory for new mentors. Attendance at the "Meet Your Fellow Workshop and Reception" is mandatory for all, as this will be the first and only opportunity to meet your Fellow before beginning their placement. The three other workshops are suggested but optional.

  • Mentor Orientation Wed Jan 18, 9:00 am - 4:00 pm (Mandatory for New Mentors)

  • Coaching Workshop Wed Jan 18, 10:30 am - 12:00 pm (part of required orientation for new mentors, and returning mentors are welcome!)

  • Meet Your Fellow Workshop and Reception Tues Jan 24, 4:30 - 6:00 pm (Mandatory for all Mentors)

  • "Diagnosing staff culture issues & what to do" workshop + happy hour Thurs Feb 23, 4:00 - 6:30 pm

  • "Building your talent pipeline" workshop + happy hour Tues Mar 21, 4:00 - 6:30 pm

  • "Designing a workplace for equity" workshop + happy hour Mon Apr 24, 4:00 - 6:30 pm

  • Student Showcase, Friday May 5, Time TBD
